Michael was also inspired by the image of actor, singer, dancer John Travolta who became “one of my heroes.” Experiencing the thrill of the disco scene, he soon recognized he had a natural feel of dance which proved to be a terrific asset to his stage performance and audience rapport.

His acting skills which he perfected while studying under the direction of Lee Strausberg’s protégé, John Sarno, helped him to prepare for roles in daytime TV dramas including “General Hospital” and “Santa Barbara.” His television appearances also included CBS’ “Las Vegas On Ice” with Victor Petrenko, TNN “Prime Time Country” with Gary Chapman, The Vicki Lawrence Show, the WKRP in Cincinnati, among others. National TV commercials were with Bell Atlantic, Lipton Tea and the Las Vegas Visitor’s Authority.

“When I’m doing Elvis, I put my own feelings into the songs, my own love of music – mind, body and soul,” states Michael. “On stage, I project as Elvis as much as I can through my eyes.”

His act is so versatile he can perform on any budget, working with everything from pre-recorded music tracts to full band arrangements. This approach has been perfect for conventions, fairs, corporate events and private party performances.
